How to Display Your Excel Files

Would you like to display your Excel files on your video wall in Easy Multi Display? It is quick and easy. Here is how to do it.

Step 1: install the Excel viewer

Start by downloading and installing the ExcelViewer software from the link provided. This viewer allows Easy Multi Display to open and display your spreadsheets directly in a zone of your wall.

Step 2: choose the screen and the zone

In Easy Multi Display, select the number of screens you want to use, then the zone in which your Excel file should be displayed. This lets you define exactly where your table appears on the wall.

Step 3: select your Excel file

Next, choose Software in the Media menu, then select your Excel file by clicking the folder icon located above the drop-down list. Your spreadsheet then appears in the chosen zone.

An alternative: the online version of Excel

You can also use the online version of Excel, free with a Microsoft account. In this case, simply display its address (URL) using the website function of Easy Multi Display. This is a handy solution if you do not want to install a viewer on the workstation.
