Can I use a laptop?
“Can I use a laptop with Easy Multi Display?” is a tricky question to settle, because it all depends on your hardware.
The short answer: maybe. It depends on how many screens you want to use.
Hardware requirements
Most laptops have only a single video output (physical connection point), which is enough for 1 screen. If that is all you need, a laptop running Windows 10 will work perfectly well.
Adding several screens
For additional screens: if your laptop is recent (less than a year old), of good quality (700 EUR and above) and fitted with USB3 ports, you can use a USB3 to HDMI converter to add 1 or 2 screens.
The recommended product is a USB3 to HDMI converter.
