Why this software

No more monthly fee, screen by screen.

Many stations show their infos with online services billed every month, per screen. The players are sometimes rented and leave with the contract, and everything goes through the internet. We did the opposite: a server in your rack, mini-PCs that belong to you, one payment.

On the TVs

What matters to the station, in the right place.

Up to 4 zones per TV

Full screen, or split into 2, 3 or 4 zones: 12 layouts to choose from. Each zone has its own loop, and at the bottom the time, the date and a line of text scroll by.

All your documents

Images, videos, PDF, PowerPoint and Word: you drop the file, the server prepares it for the TV on its own.

Channels and schedule

Several TVs play the same channel, another TV a different programme. A playlist can run on certain days, at certain hours, and the TV goes black at night.

Instructions and duty crew of the day

The station writes in the administration, the TV shows it on its next pass. Important instructions come first, and the duty crew can be reused from the day before in one click.

Up-to-date infos with no effort

5-day weather, Météo-France warnings, mobile phone antennas down around the station, news from your SDIS website, almanac and clocks.

The status of each TV

Green, orange or red: the administration shows whether each TV is plugged in and displaying properly. A capture of the screen on demand, without travelling.

Automatic infos

The server fetches the infos, the TV shows them.

Weather, warnings, antennas down, news from your SDIS: everything updates on its own. A tile with nothing to report is simply skipped, and data that is too old is hidden. Never a blank screen.

Alerts come first

A CODIS message on the TVs in 10 seconds.

A red button, always visible for the CODIS and the headquarters staff. You write the message or start from a ready-made template (18 or 112 line outage, power cut, exercise...), choose the level, the stations and the duration: the banner appears at the top of the chosen TVs.

  • Three levels: information, important, urgent
  • An urgent message also wakes up the TVs in standby
  • Preview before sending, then it clears itself at the time you chose
  • Orange or red Météo-France warning and antennas down: automatic banner

How it is installed

A server at your site, a mini-PC per location.

A server in your rack

Running Ubuntu or Debian, on your internal network. The administration is done in a simple web browser: nothing to install on the agents' computers.

One mini-PC per location, for 1 to 3 TVs

Reused mini-PCs, prepared and tested in our workshop before shipping: on site, you plug in and it works.

The TVs do not need internet

The mini-PCs only talk to the server. If the network or the internet goes down, the TVs carry on with what they already have. Only the server fetches the public infos, through your proxy if needed.

Remote maintenance

We reach the server, and from the server each mini-PC. Backup every night, time given by the server, mini-PC updates without a site visit.

Security

Three roles: administrator, headquarters staff, station. The weather warnings use your own Météo-France access: the key stays on your server and is never displayed.

Simple for everyone

Big buttons, simple words, zero training. And more than 600 automated tests check the server before every delivery.

The administration

Everything is set up in the browser.
