How to display your PowerPoint Files in Easy Multi Display?
You want to know how to display your powerPoint files in Easy Multi Display? So you're in the right place!
You can use the Software mode for Powerpoint but generally we advise our clients to prefer a video export of their Powerpoint slideshow when possible.
-The powerpoint player is proprietary and allows very little interaction, for example you can't open 2 powerpoints at the same time or it is impossible to give it parameters like x y height width on the fly it is fullscreen or fullscreen...
-You need an office license on the pc player too...
With your presentations converted to video you can display from 1 to 24 presentations on your screens in EMD, if your video is in a zone you can click on it and it will be displayed in full screen, click again and it will be relocated in its zone and you can also pause your presentation.
Why convert your presentation to video?
If you want to offer a high fidelity version of your presentation to your colleagues or clients (as an email attachment, via a web publication or on a CD or DVD), you can record and play it back as a video.
You can save your presentation as an MPEG-4 (.MP4) or .wmv video file. Both formats are widely supported and can be used for webcasting.
Here are some tips to remember when recording your presentation as a video
You can record and time voice narration and laser pointer movements in your video, you also can control the size of the media file and the quality of your video and you can include animations and transitions in your movie.
Your audience can watch the presentation without having to install PowerPoint on their computer.
If your presentation contains an embedded video, the video will play correctly without you having to check it.
Depending on the content of your presentation, creating a video may take some time. Longer presentations and presentations with animations, transitions and multimedia content will take longer to create. Fortunately, you can continue to use PowerPoint while the video is being created.
